The post holder is responsible for providing Supervisory and Administrative Support within the Warehouse Service Support Team based in our Regional Warehouse.
The main responsibility is to oversee and supervise all data input of requests for stock via the Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the Automatic Data Capture (ADC) system whilst adhering to the Business' ISO/Quality framework.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
This will involve sets of daily tasks to be undertaken in a range of duties such as clerical and administrative support, dealing with all aspects of Warehouse Support Services, including courteous and efficient Stakeholder requests via Action Point System, data input via the Oracle WMS System and via the ADC system whilst adhering to the Business' ISO/Quality framework.
Supervising and allocation of the collection and data for stock replenishment for hospital departments and community sites. Effective stock purchasing, nil stock reductions, raising orders, ensuring all deliveries are receipted onto the Oracle system and reporting shortages, receiving and delivering goods to wards, liaising with warehouse staff, customers, and suppliers.

Experience
* Experience of working within a Customer Service and/or Purchasing environment.
* Experience of working with complex data sets.
Qualifications and Knowledge
* NVQ level 3 Customer Service and/or relevant experience.
* Knowledge of Oracle FMS modules: Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Warehouse Management.
