Job summary Neonatal Networks were formed following recommendations from the Department of Health in 2003 and their objective is to ensure that babies and their families receive high quality care which is equitable and accessible for all. Neonatal Networks are the key central point for clinicians and nursing staff to communicate and collaborate. Main duties of the job The role of the Network Care Coordinator is to work with nursing and medical staff in the neonatal units across the East Midlands region to support and monitor the implementation of Family Integrated Care. The individual will also work alongside the EMNODN units supporting their journey towards achieving UNICEF-UK's Neonatal Baby Friendly Standards, and Bliss' Baby Charter standards.
