AMJ are currently recruiting for a highly organized and proactive PA Administrator to provide administrative
and personal assistance support to the senior management team of one of our customers based in CV7.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing schedules, handling
communications, and performing a wide range of administrative duties.
Job Details
* 5 days from 7, although this will translate to roughly 1 weekend in 4.
* Salary 26-27k, however this is negotiable depending on experience.
* 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30
* Based in CV7, however some travel between Coventry sites may be required, so own transport is required.
* This is a permanent job.
Role Requirements
* Manage diaries, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
* Handle confidential documents and ensure appropriate filing and record keeping.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
* Screen calls, emails, and other communications, responding where appropriate.
* Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
* Process expenses and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
* Organize and coordinate internal and external events or meetings.
* Maintain office systems and ensure supplies are stocked.
* Liaise with other departments, stakeholders, and external contacts on behalf of the executive.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* High level of discretion and professionalism.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
