A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting a Technical Support Executive to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and paying £27,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience. Key Duties include but are not limited to: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers. Escalate complex issues. Document information on the CRM system. Create and update knowledge base articles for self-service support. Build and maintain customer relationships. Relay product feedback to help with future improvements.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Technical Support Executive position: Bachelor's degree in engineering (electronics or computer science preferred). Knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, .NET, Python, LabVIEW, VeriStand). Strong analytical and communication skills.
