About The Role
New Ridley is a 9-bed residential care home in Northumberland supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and complex care needs. The individuals we support at New Ridley love music, often singing and dancing. They enjoy celebrating events and going on trips, such as visits to museums and Whitley Bay.
As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You'll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.
