Responsibilities
In this role, you will work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores, engaging with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, energy savings, and how we can benefit them. Generate leads for a Free in-home consultation or sell a home performance tune-up, after which our industry experts will take over.
Salary – Base pay starting at $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and interview. Additionally, we offer a lucrative bonus and commission plan where average earnings can be $30 or more per hour. Bonuses and commissions are paid weekly.
Location – 414 Constant Friendship Blvd, Abingdon, MD 21009
Schedule – Full-time positions available. Weekend and some holiday work required.
Qualifications
* Ability to work independently in a retail environment.
* Willingness to approach, speak, and engage with customers.
* Sales experience is preferred, but a vibrant personality can compensate.
* Driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals.
* Willingness to work weekend, high-volume retail hours, and some holidays.
* Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
* Responsibility to represent the ARS brand with a professional appearance.
* Reliable transportation.
* Minimum age of 18 at the time of application.
