Previous experience in a similar sales role/capacity in Construction or a Construction related Industry - Experience in this Sector is essential
Confident on the telephone as well as face-to-face

Has a proven sales qualification process and can manage a number of opportunities and a sales pipeline
Effective planning and project management processes
