* Pay: £12.81 inclusive of holiday pay

* Hours: Flexible pattern available, pick and choose the shifts you want every week. 12 hours shift pattern, days, nights and sleep in's available.

What you'll be doing as a Children's Residential Support Worker:
* Support the children and young people in all day-to-day activities and interests.
* Promote the residents' independence and wellbeing.
* Attend weekends away, holidays, and trips with the children.
* Support the children and young people in their interests during weekend and evening activities, which can range from climbing to baking cakes or going to Butlins.
* Protect the children and young people from any risks to their health and welfare.
* Provide emotional and practical support to the young people within your home.
* Ensure the safety of young people by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of care plans and guidelines.
* Support, overcome, and learn to minimise incidents when behaviour can be challenging.
What you'll need to be successful as a Children's Residential Support Worker:
* A desire to create positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
* Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature.
* At least 6 months experience of working with children or within a similar care setting.
* Valid UK Driving Licence.
