The Telephone Account Manager handles the day-to-day support of the field Sales teams and Sales Director.
You will be dealing directly with our Sales team and our network of advisers to enable them to operate more efficiently, by aiding the implementation of new initiatives throughout.
You will:
1. Provide effective communication and handle day-to-day operational issues, following up on any corrective action plans.
2. Develop business relationships with accounts and the field sales structure.
3. Onboard new advisers.
4. Be responsible for proactive follow-up of any current or new initiatives.
5. Maintain contact and agree actions with Regional Sales Directors.
6. Understand central functions and develop relationships with all head office members of staff.
7. Maintain contact with Regional Sales Directors to confirm any feedback and action plans.
8. Have a full understanding of all key projects including delivery programmes – providing feedback from proactive call-out plans.
9. Have marketing and brand awareness, assist in the implementation of any marketing campaigns and provide feedback.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures as set by the company and Sales Director.
11. Maintain generic knowledge of the financial services industry and knowledge that is deemed necessary.
12. Have a key understanding of systems including banking.
13. Work closely with product providers and maintain key contacts to assist in any problem-solving.
14. Act in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR at all times.
15. Deputise for other members of staff as required by the business.
16. Ensure knowledge and understanding in areas of compliance and regulation is maintained as required.
Full training will be provided to ensure you can quickly get up to speed, but to be successful in this role you need to demonstrate:
