About the Role
Our Funeral Services Team is looking for a skilled and empathetic Funeral Arranger to join our ranks. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance and advice to clients planning a funeral service, ensuring that every family feels valued and supported throughout this difficult time.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and administration skills, plus high levels of empathy, discretion, and care. If you share our passion for delivering great customer service and are passionate about working in a supportive and inclusive environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, listening to and addressing the needs of clients and their families.
* Assist with family visits, answering questions, and offering support and guidance.
* Build positive relationships within the local community, fostering trust and understanding through effective communication and collaboration.
* Work collaboratively with other colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of funeral services, including manual handling of coffins and deceased individuals.
