Responsibilities:
Responsible for selling our outsourced back-office solutions to recruitment businesses and supplier organisations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our product offerings, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Measures: Quota Targets, Financial Targets and Activity Targets
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required:
1. Sales Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, marketing leads, and networking.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our outsourcing products and their value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects and customers.
3. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers to showcase the benefits and features of our SaaS solutions.
4. Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions by aligning our back-office offerings with their specific requirements.
5. Lead Management: Qualify and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing relationships.
6. Negotiation and Closing: Work with potential clients to address objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales deals.
7. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
8. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and results using a CRM system and provide regular sales reports to management.
9. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Essential Requirements for the Role:
* Understanding of Workwell Complete Back Office services.
* Understanding of funding processes and requirements for start-ups or small businesses.
* Familiarity with the Evertime SaaS platform.
* Understanding of Evertime Pay & Bill services.
Person Specification:
* Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including the ability to self-generate leads and drive new business opportunities.
* Experience in consultative sales, demonstrating the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Understanding of back office and cloud concepts is a plus.
