We're looking for an Receptionist and Security Admin to join our Construction team in the North East region
Location: Morpeth / Newcastle, on site HMP Northumberland Project, some home working available
Contract: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract for 2 years
What will you be responsible for?
As a Receptionist and Security Admin and Security Admin you will be supporting the site team by providing administrative assistance to the site delivery teams.
Your day to day will include assisting with:
* Creating and providing security passes
* Keeping a tracker with information on vetting applications and where they are in the process
* Ensuring vetting applications are kept on track, following up with any individuals when required
* Ordering and managing materials and supplies for site and other additional general administration duties
* Making arrangements for meetings and site visits such as ensuring parking, booking meeting rooms, setting up meeting rooms and providing any needs identified by stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
* Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction sector
* Expert use of office, PowerPoint and excel
* UK Driving License
