Are you a visionary leader with a passion for inclusive growth and strategy? The East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA), is seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Strategy and Inclusive Growth to join their team.
As the new Executive Director of Strategy and Inclusive Growth, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the organisation. You will be responsible for being the EMCCA lead for the Inclusive Growth Commission, you will deliver a regional economic agenda, integrating the functions of the Local Enterprise Partnership, and you'll manage new investment approaches. By making evidence–led decisions and collaborating with stakeholders, you will help strengthen the region systemically.

Expertise in forging strong relationships, developing regional economic strategies, managing comprehensive investment programs, and driving inclusive growth will be crucial. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to foster partnerships, integrate complex functions, and embed new operating principles to advance the region's economic and social ambitions. Above all, you will be a passionate advocate for the East Midlands.
