WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for a brilliant Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with outstanding customer service skills will make you an ideal candidate for this role. Your experience in a similar position will allow you to demonstrate evidence of excellent people skills and the ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
Guarantee an amazing experience for all our guests
Train and offer guidance and support to the team ensuring they meet The Celtic Collection standards
Supervise the smooth running of the day-to-day operation
Communicates with the Culinary team regarding guest comments and service standards
