Utilitec Services is a specialist service provider to the utilities sector. Utilitec has a number of contracts with UK utility companies covering all aspects of pressure control, network monitoring and analysis, leakage reduction and data provision. We require a project administrator with strong communication, logistics and planning skills to work with and support a network of field engineers across our UK wide projects.
We are looking for an individual with strong communication and planning skills to join our team based in Wigan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Field Engineers on a daily basis offering remote support.
* To update engineer work schedule and assist with daily workload.
* Accurate data entry using internal spreadsheets, updating, and completing corporate reporting suites and databases.
* Routine office tasks such as updating and filing engineers reports and ordering supplies.
Person specification:
* Strong motivation and commitment.
* Planning and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Computer literature with experience of Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise accordingly.
* Be able to communicate in a cheerful, friendly and helpful manner.
