Description The Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Front Office Supervisor to join our Front Office Team. What you will do As a Front Office Supervisor you will be responsible for: Assisting the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in administering front office functions including check in and check out processes and switchboard Providing a friendly, efficient and helpful service to our guests Handling guest complaints and problems using the hotel resolution guidelines Supervise the front desk team and ensure all tasks are completed and standards adhered to Being knowledgeable and keeping the team updated on daily hotel operations Helping to train the front desk team What we're looking for A warm, people-orientated demeanour A team player attitude A proactive, problem solving approach to work Positive outlook and dependability This position requires previous hotel front office experience and the ability to adopt flexible working patterns Perks you deserve "Take care of your employees and they'll take care of the guests" if the philosophy of our founder.
