We are a luxury womenswear located in the heart of West London, offering our first in person shopping experience with impeccable customer service. We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused Shop Assistants to join our team during the holiday season.
Role Overview:
As a Shop Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, inviting, and personalised experience for our customers. You will support the day-to-day operations of the boutique, assist clients in selecting products, and uphold the highest standards of service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Excellence: Provide an outstanding level of service, greeting and assisting customers with an attentive and refined approach.
* Sales Support: Guide clients through our product offerings, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of each item and providing personalised recommendations.
* Boutique Presentation: Ensure that the boutique remains immaculately presented and organized, from stock displays to visual merchandising.
* Sales Transactions: Manage sales transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism, handling luxury items with care.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our brand, products, and seasonal collections to enhance customer interactions.
* Inventory Management: Support with stock control and organisation, assisting in restocking displays and reporting any product shortages.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a cohesive, positive work environment and to ensure the boutique runs smoothly.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role within a luxury or high-end environment is desired.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for luxury retail.
* Personable: Approachable, well-presented, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the boutique’s brand and values.
* Flexibility: Available to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between 18th November and 6th January, with potential flexibility for extended hours as needed during peak holiday shopping days.
* Location: Belgravia, West London.
