Shift Pattern: 06:45am – 15:00pm or 15:00pm to 22:00pm

Join our brand-new ShireLiving scheme at Whitchurch where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and meaningful support to our residents.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will become a key part of the team to deliver care and support to our residents. At Ashwood, we support approximately 20 people in one building who have active and independent lives, go out and about on their own or request support sometimes. We also have a lot of fun activities such as bingo or coffee mornings depending on the interests of our residents.
No two days are the same in this role where you will be involved in meal time support, personal care, administering medication, tenant support, health and safety checks, welfare checks, and ensuring all areas are maintained and well-presented.

What you will be doing:
* Delivering the best possible levels of care and tenant support to help individuals achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible
* Assisting potential residents with booking and coordinating viewings
* Responding to planned and emergency care requirements via an alarm system
* Providing flexible services that meet people’s needs, and supporting them to have choices about their own lives
