The Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
2. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
3. Support the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
4. Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to pupils and parents.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support pupil learning and well-being.
6. Uphold the school's ethos and values, promoting respect, kindness, and ambition.
What We're Looking For
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
3. Strong classroom management skills with a nurturing and supportive approach.
