Develop strategic retail plans for 20-30 stores and concessions across the South Coast region, driving sales performance and customer service excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and supporting stores to achieve KPIs and company objectives.
* Promoting a customer-focused culture to maximize sales and profit performance.
* Planning, monitoring, and regulating financial performance, identifying opportunities and issues.
* Planning store strategies and layouts, ensuring implementation of seasonal and promotional plans.
* Recruiting, inducting, and training store teams, and conducting risk assessments.
* Combating shrinkage and controllable expenses.
* Leading KPIs and assisting Store Managers with performance targets.
* Implementing the omni-channel retail strategy.
To be successful:
* Area or Regional management experience in a high-street retailer.
* Worked in fashion, high-street background.
* Strategic thinking with a focus on day-to-day operations and team support.
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the UK and internationally.
* Coaching-focused leadership and developing management teams.
* Ability to drive and manage a large patch, with overnight stays and travel.
