What’s involved?
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the Restaurant; leading your team from the front, greeting guests, looking after VIPs, as well as training and developing the team.
We’re looking for someone obsessed with service standards, and passionate about delivering 5-star Hospitality at all times. You will deputise for the Restaurant Manager and will support the management of a large team.
