HRBP / HR Business Partner is required to join an established HR Team at an exciting time of transformation across the organisation.
As HR / People Business Partner, you'll be responsible for:
1. Strategic partnering: Collaborate closely with Executive leaders, managers, and teams within the organisation, delivering effective people solutions, including resource forecasting, organisational development, and workforce, skills, and capability planning.
2. Relationship building: Foster productive relationships with leaders and people managers at all levels to support their development and that of their teams.
3. Collaboration: Partner and collaborate with your HR colleagues to enable the delivery of a seamless HR service to the business.
4. Coaching and mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring on people issues to your assigned area.
5. Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI): Champion the organisation's diversity and equal opportunities approach and practices.
6. Project direction: Offer direction on people, culture, and organisation projects where required.
7. Data utilisation: Use data and MI to measure, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of the People Plan and interventions.
8. Change advocacy: Be a strong advocate for HR change and improvement, including the People & Culture Strategy and EDI Strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential
1. Proven track record and experience of working as a generalist People/HR Business Partner.
2. Experience managing a variety of stakeholders at all levels, through all areas of the employee lifecycle.
3. Evidence of influencing People Plans and driving good people outcomes.
4. Experience working at a strategic, tactical, and operational level within an HR function, delivering to the wider organisation.
5. Strong analytical skills.

1. CIPD level 7.
