Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – Construction Sector
Location: Olton, Solihull, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (times can vary depending on work day)
Salary: Competitive base salary + commission + benefits

Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in the construction sector, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading construction companies. You’ll build strong relationships, deliver tailored recruitment solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for recruitment and the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Development: Identify and engage with construction companies to understand their recruitment needs and provide bespoke staffing solutions.
· Candidate Sourcing: Utilise multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract and engage high-calibre construction professionals.
· Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring trust and a high level of service.
· End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
· Market Insight: Stay updated on construction industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
· Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets through effective recruitment strategies and client management.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the construction sector or a related industry.
· Strong understanding of construction roles and industry dynamics.
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with a strong focus on results.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Self-motivated, resilient, and a proactive team player.
