Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions is currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team in Halesowen. Due to the nature of the role, we require that candidates have a driving licence.
You will be working individually and/or as part of a team to manage a temporary worker plan, adhering to all aspects of legislation and compliance required to do all aspects successfully.
The position involves working at a fast, accurate pace generally within an office environment between the hours of 8am-5pm, but with provision to cover all your clients' needs, which may entail onsite meetings and being on call via mobile device. As a company, we offer a 24/7 service, which means you will have the ability to continue the office-based duties to the same standard remotely 24 hours a day.
The position requires clear and concise communication between colleagues, candidates, and clients, with an emphasis on recording information given or received. All verbal instruction or communication should be committed to written form in the way of text message, group message, CRM notes, or email in a timely and legible manner.
Duties of the role will include but not be limited to the following:
1. Placing and creating job ads to meet the changing needs of your client base and logging ad responses accordingly.
2. Using the CRM, job boards, forums, social media, etc., to highlight the fact that Jobsworth has vacancies and to manage proactively the response that comes in from your various media offerings.
3. Gaining knowledge of each role you advertise so that you can offer information to potential candidates and manage their questions in a confident and personable manner.
4. Developing new clients through business development strategies.
5. Being confident and organised with paperwork and documentation at a face-to-face interview, fully understanding the compliance needed to onboard the candidate.
6. Housekeeping and maintaining records of all jobs placed and the response and costs for analytical data on a weekly basis.
7. Learning about the legislation and rules surrounding employing people from countries other than the UK, including knowledge of restrictions and minimum wages for differing age groups.
8. Accurately putting relevant details onto a candidate file, regularly checking and updating documentation required for them to work assignments.
9. Gaining knowledge of required documentation and licences and understanding current legislation.
10. Fully understanding client's operation and their need for agency supply, which will vary from client to client.
11. Managing the bookings plan on a constant basis to keep up-to-date and accurate records.
12. Building relationships with contacts within the client's organisation.
