Lombard Recruitment is seeking an Administrator for a busy department that operateseveral luxury web-based holiday companies This role is offered on a full timepermanent basisin person based in Laindon Essex Responsibilities; Planning day to day work reporting via CRM Distribute work accordingly and commute effectively with Agents Stakeholders Inputting data and job information onto in-house system accurately Liaise with other AgentAdministrators Chase finalpayments Producing holiday Invoices Assist with any general admin duties Requirements; Previous admin/office experience Excellent communication skills Computer literate Good organisation skills and attention to detail Eager to learn and progress Experience of working within the holiday industry (desirable) Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm Salary £22,308pa- £23,000pa Free parking 21 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension 7% employer contribution
