Job Description:
Join us as an Assistant Shop Manager in the Marlborough shop and become an ambassador for our charity! We have a permanent position available for 30 hours per week.
You will join a busy shop and work alongside a team of volunteers to maximize the shop’s sales profits. Great customer service is crucial to what we do, so your previous experience in mainstream or charity retail will help you hit the ground running. To thrive in this role, you will need a good eye for detail, strong organizational and IT skills, and previous experience managing staff teams in various situations. You will be supported by the Shop Manager and Area Manager to achieve your objectives.
This shop is open 7 days a week, and the role requires you to work regular weekends. Flexibility is required as working patterns will change regularly, subject to the needs of the business and the levels of staff and volunteers available to work.
