About the Role: As Health & Safety Manager, you will drive the company's safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and promoting safe working practices across all functions. Key responsibilities include: Championing a visible, positive safety culture. Developing and implementing safe operational procedures. Conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations. Leading safety training, inductions, and performance monitoring. Engaging with regulatory bodies and industry standards. What Were Looking For: NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent. Proven experience in risk assessments, health and safety compliance, and incident investigation.
