* Develop and Launch Innovative Bar Concepts
* Collaborate with industry experts to create standout bar concepts and bespoke offerings for private events, including weddings, corporate functions, and exclusive gatherings.
* Drive Business Strategy and Profitability
* Take full ownership of the business strategy, managing P&L to optimize cost structures, pricing strategies, and margins to exceed financial targets.
* Build Strong Client Relationships
* Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and client retention for repeat business.
* Lead and Inspire Teams
* Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of bar managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
* Optimize Supply Chain and Inventory Management
