Are you an aspiring leader who can empower every child to reach their full potential? Holme-upon-Spalding Moor Primary School is seeking an Assistant Headteacher to join our vibrant and forward-looking school. Required from September 2025.

We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished teacher who is eager to take the next steps in their leadership journey with us. You will be responsible for teaching one of our Key Stage 2 classes, ensuring excellent outcomes for children and inspiring others with outstanding classroom practice. In addition to your KS2 teaching commitment, you will also lead the pastoral and safeguarding provision across the school.
As Assistant Headteacher, you will:
* Lead, inspire, and guide our KS2 team to deliver a high-quality curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our children.
* Champion the wellbeing of all pupils, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and supported in their personal and social development as our new Behaviour and Pastoral Lead.
* Serve as our Designated Safeguarding Leader, taking responsibility for safeguarding practices within the school and ensuring that all children are protected and their welfare is prioritized.
* Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support our children's progress, behaviour, and attendance.
* Lead our provision for pastoral care and academic support, making informed decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
