Position Highlights:
As a senior procurement team member, you will source, negotiate and contract for specified spend categories, on behalf of user departments and develop effective business partnerships with suppliers and internal customers.
Experience, Skills & Attributes:
1. Ideally CIPS qualification desirable or other Professional Qualification
2. Good education
3. Significant procurement experience with a track record of delivering cost improvement
4. Strong understanding of end to end Supply Chain, and SRM process
5. A good technical understanding of procurement within Pharma, Food Supplements and/or Cosmetics industries
6. Ideally a proficient user of SAP or similar ERP system plus general competency in MS Office
7. Previous experience working within a multi-national business and cross functional teamwork
8. Must have excellent English (both written and spoken) with any other language skills beneficial although not considered essential.

Package Highlights:
An attractive salary and benefits package is available, with salary depending on experience.
37 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4.30pm with 45 minutes lunch break.

Responsibilities:
1. Supplier RFQ for projects - Materials and capital expenditure (NPD and Rapid Commercialisation)
2. Contribute to project meetings representing procurement department. Updates on price, lead time and associated costs for launch.
3. Anticipate and communicate any potential risks to deliveries.
4. COG confirmation with prices at a range of MOQ's/EOQ's.
5. Support and manage the commercial relationship between the Project Management Office team and external suppliers on specific projects so customer needs are met, whilst maintaining effective business relationships with suppliers & customers.
6. Supply Gap Analysis: CDA GAP analysis and implementation.
7. Supplier agreement/Contract analysis and execution.
8. COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) compliance management.
9. Participate in supplier performance management reviews.
10. Supplier Price Management - negotiating prices and terms, SAP maintenance.
11. Manage Supplier relationships and KPI's for portfolio charge.
12. Assist with annual budget cost setting.
13. Cover for Procurement Manager as required (in times of absence).
14. Participate and take ownership of G2G program (cost down program).
15. Procurement Management System (SAP): Supplier Price Maintenance - update changes in line with department response time.
16. Changes to supplier agreement on MOQ or lead times.
17. Setting up new component codes.
18. Checking invoices match agreed pricing/terms and resolution.
