An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join a highly regarded company in Letchworth.
They are seeking a creative and results-driven person focusing on social media management and e-mail campaigns. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement.
You will be key in executing marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer interaction across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
· Develop and execute a content calendar for all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
· Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
· Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
· Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build strong online communities.
· Stay updated with social media trends and leverage new opportunities for brand growth.
Email Marketing & E-Shots
· Plan, create, and launch targeted e-shot campaigns to promote products, special offers, and company updates.
· Design visually compelling and high-converting email templates using marketing automation tools.
· Segment and manage email lists to optimise engagement and conversion rates.
· Track and analyse email campaign performance to refine strategies.
Content & Digital Marketing
· Develop compelling product and industry-related content.
· Create promotional materials, brochures, and website updates.
· Support SEO and PPC campaigns by creating keyword-rich content and tracking analytics.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
What the employer is looking for;
· Experience in a marketing or digital marketing role, ideally B2B
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
· Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
· Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
· Copywriting and content creation skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to analyse data.
