Job Overview
We are seeking a Booking and Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with assigned customers and suppliers, addressing enquiries promptly and effectively to surpass service expectations.
Responsibilities
* Uphold our company values in all customer communications, serving as a brand ambassador.
* Utilise internal CRM systems to generate and update quotes, process ‘Quotes to be added’ emails and follow team processes.
* Respond efficiently and effectively to ‘Support’ emails, supporting with enquiries, ensuring responses are sent within 2 hours of receipt and supporting enquiry through to a booking.
* Take and process bookings and phone payments as required.
* Process National Grid course bookings and follow booking processes.
* Handle inbound business calls.
* Make some outbound calls to support Bronze Accounts (Circa 150), solidify relationships and help to identify new opportunities in offering a personalised service.
* Manage the Sales Team ‘Sales Tracker’ as per process, clearing the ‘Support Inbox’ of all Won/Lost emails.
* Process booking paperwork as required and follow company processes.
Skills, Experience & Aptitude
* Strong work ethic, energy, and enthusiasm are a must.
* Accurate administration skills and a good eye for detail.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrates resilience to pressure and the challenges this brings whilst adapting to critical work demands with flexibility.
* Proactive desire to self-develop in skills relevant to the requirements of the role and wider business.
* Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and organisational skills.
* Fully competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Be a team player, help the wider team and be able to work well on own initiative.
Experience Required:
Mandatory
* Experience working in a busy office.
* Previous experience working within an external training company would be advantageous.
Competitive Salary: £25,000.00 - £28,000 per year.
