At Milton Primary Academy, we are seeking to appoint a part time, temporary lunchtime supervisor to join our friendly team. The position is 7 hours and 30 minutes a week (11.45am-1.15pm), Monday to Friday during term time only. This position is a maternity cover post starting Monday 24th February until Thursday 31st July 2025.

Responsibilities of the post:
1. Supervising activities and maintaining health, safety, welfare, good conduct, and safeguarding of pupils during midday break, having regard to special or additional needs.
2. Reporting incidents in line with academy policy.
3. Assisting in the supervision of other activities during the midday break, including setting out and storing equipment.
4. Encouraging pupils to select and eat healthy balanced meals.
5. Cleaning up spillages of food or liquid during meal service.
6. Wiping down tables and cleaning dining areas between meals.
7. Undertaking similar work at other times, such as before and after school.
8. Any other duties appropriate to the post.
