Working within this well-established legal firm, you will support the fee earners within the Conveyancing team.
Key Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Administrator include:
Working in open plan area with other members of the Residential Property team, supporting fee earners and reporting to Head of Department.
The administration of all post completion procedures which would include: - Land Registry applications, Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns submission etc
Ensuring compliance with mortgage lender post completion requirements
Notifying clients and/or lenders of completion of registration and sending on relevant documents
Taking and making telephone calls as deemed required
The filing, storage and retrieval of client papers and files in accordance with firm policies.
Skills and Experience required for the Conveyancing Administrator include:
Previous experience and an understanding of the post completion process is necessary
Accuracy and attention to detail with proficient literacy and numeracy skills.
Strong organisation and time management skills, with a professional telephone manner.
