We’re looking for a creative and driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to manage all digital activities, and lead on our website development, bringing Collier Webb’s craftsmanship and design expertise to life online. Ideally with experience in the luxury interiors or design sector, you’ll know how to create standout content and digital assets that reflect the quality and heritage of our brand. You'll combine creativity with data-driven insights to optimise performance, ensuring a consistent, elevated brand presence across all platforms. Collaboration with our team of makers and designers will be key as you support product launches and exciting new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of the Collier Webb website (Magento); working with an external development agency to develop the user experience. Alongside uploading content and updating pages.
* Shape and drive a digital plan that covers everything from social media to email marketing, SEO, PPC, and blog content to reflect our craftsmanship and brand heritage.
* Create and curate standout social media content that tells our brand story, connects with our clients and maintains a strong, consistent presence.
* Plan and manage targeted digital advertising campaigns to attract the right audience, boost engagement, and drive conversions.
* Track, analyse, and report on digital performance (Google Analytics and Salesforce), using insights to fine-tune the plan and push for continuous improvement.
* Write compelling blog posts and craft email campaigns (Klaviyo) that highlight our processes, new product launches, and brand story.
* Create and organise high-quality digital assets, including photography, video and visuals, that bring our products and services to life.
* Maintain a cohesive, high-end brand presence across all digital channels, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Collier Webb’s brand values.
* Work closely with internal teams, such as our designers and makers, to support you on product launches, marketing campaigns, and key projects, ensuring digital platforms are at the forefront.
* Capture and share engaging behind-the-scenes content from our workshops and events, showcasing the craftsmanship at the heart of Collier Webb.

* Enhanced performance and ROI from digital campaigns and improvements.
* Growth in website traffic, engagement and conversion rates.
* Increased social media following and engagement.
* Consistent and refined brand representation across all digital platforms, maintaining a cohesive high-end presence.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven digital marketing experience, ideally within the luxury interiors or creative sectors.
* Experience using Magento CMS for website management, Salesforce, and Klaviyo for email marketing and automation.
* Strong creative skills with a keen eye for high-end, brand-aligned content.
* In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media strategy.
* Comfortable to travel for events and visit the London showroom regularly.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write compelling content.
* Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to campaign performance.
* Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CMS platforms, social media management, etc.).
* A genuine passion for luxury design and craftsmanship, with a focus on quality and brand integrity.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work in collaboration with various stakeholders.
