An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Wills, Probate and Trust Solicitor to join a law firm just outside of Leicester. Your Role: While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to: Handling the drafting of wills, trusts and Lasting Power of Attorney Overseeing probate applications, as well as administering estates Supplying specialist and tailored advice regarding estate planning, tax implications and trusts Communicating with various parties including clients, beneficiaries and any other professional required to secure a seamless process Ensuring knowledge of relevant legislations and best practices is kept up to date You MUST Have: Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria: Qualified solicitor or legal executive 3 years at least of post qualified experience in Wills and Probate Law Excellent communication skills Strong organisational abilities Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and understand their needs and requirements Your Opportunity: The business specialises in providing services to private clients including handling matters such as estate planning, wills, trust, lasting power of attorney and estate administration.
