Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships through all stages of the sales cycle, delivering both one-to-one and group presentations Maintain regular contact with allocated clients to uphold high satisfaction levels and identify upselling opportunities Promote all product offerings, including new and pre-used equipment, rentals, maintenance contracts, servicing and parts Respond promptly to enquiries, prepare quotations and ensure effective follow-up to close sales Lead demonstrations, attend trade shows, and contribute to marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement Maintain accurate records via CRM and prepare sales reports and forecasts for leadership Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate logistics and support the client journey from enquiry to delivery Uphold all company values and contribute to a strong safety and compliance culture What we’re looking for: A confident communicator with a proven track record in B2B field sales Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload independently Experience working through a structured sales process with measurable success Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems Full UK driving licence essential (HGV beneficial but not essential) Must reside within the territory (Scotland or Northern England - ideally near Middlesbrough) This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that values respect, communication, teamwork, recognition and quality.
