The Role
Responsible for a portfolio of clients supporting Account Leads in retaining and servicing clients and with prospects. Will support and develop client and WTW relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit, as part of the team you will:
1. Liaise with clients and develop strong relationships, with degree of interaction scoped out between Account Executive and Team Leader.
2. Work closely and maintain working relationships with key market contacts (and the Broking Team) as required.
3. Lead and deliver the end-to-end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures, and service standards.
4. Liaison with Natural Resources Gateway team members.
5. Manage revenue ensuring income figures on their accounts are accurately reported on the Revenue Analysis and Forecasting Tool (RAFT) via the RAFT Updater and in CRM Dynamics Sales Hub for prospects with the nominated CRM Updaters (in close co-operation with Growth Leaders and/or sales and strategy focussed colleagues as appropriate) including budgeting and collection of engineering fees.
6. Adherence to and accountability for:
o ensure adherence to all work practices such as Client Excellence Model (CEM) Contract Builder, Fair Market Appraisal, Document Management System.
o key operational metrics such as Business Quality Management (BQM).
o completion of all compulsory training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
7. Manage Stakeholders across WTW including but not limited to WTW Network offices, Natural Resources locations globally.
Qualifications
The Requirements
1. Proven experience in casualty account management.
2. Understanding of the natural resources industry.
3. Ability to deliver high levels of client service.
4. Ability to build effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers, and external specialists.
5. Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, articulate.
7. Willingness of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery.
8. Ability and willingness to learn.
9. Time management.
10. Background within the Insurance Industry or a relevant qualification is desirable.
11. Study towards and willingness to complete Certificate CII is desirable.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
