To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for a Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team based in our London office.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct casting research, and curate influencer lists based on qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify potential talents and influencers who align with the client’s target audience and objectives. .
* Manage sample trafficking and send-outs for VIPs and influencers, utilising Fashion GPS and logistics.
* Assisting with VIP guest attendance at client events, putting forward names, greeting guests at the door and managing car booking etc
* Support with London fashion week tasks as requested.
* Assisting the team with weekly and monthly reports for clients as requested
* Review user-generated content to ensure it aligns with the brand’s guidelines.
* Monitor campaign performance and be comfortable using and or learning influencer marketing tools. This includes analysing key metrics and providing regular reports to senior members from the team and clients if needed, highlighting learnings and successes.
* Stay updated with the latest influencer marketing trends, social media platforms and industry best practices. Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for talent and influencer collaborations and innovative campaign strategies.
* Handle and oversee administrative tasks related to our projects, such as maintaining talent and influencer databases, supporting payments to talents and influencers.
* Collaborate with various departments and teams within Karla Otto, such as PR, marketing, strategy, implementation, creative, legal and finance.
Key Attributes
* 6 months experience in an intern position in the fields of social media/digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or luxury worlds
* Proficiency with a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and techniques
* Strong project management / good organizational skills, ability to work quickly and efficiently
* Associate or bachelor degree required in advertising, PR, marketing, communication or related field
* The candidate should have strong communication skills (both written and oral), research, and organization skills
* Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* Accomplishes tasks accurately, thoroughly, and with a keen eye for detail both with quantitative and qualitative data
* Willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a project accurately and on time
* Highly motivated and enthusiastic
* Proven experience understanding and interpreting data
* Experience in successful budget management
