Location: Warrington (Hybrid – 2 days in office per week)

Job Overview
Our clients are seeking a skilled Windows Imaging Engineer to manage and maintain Windows 10 OS imaging, deployment, and lifecycle upgrades. This role is crucial in overseeing the Windows-as-a-Service (WaaS) implementation, ensuring smooth version upgrades, and maintaining compliance policies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SCCM, MDT, PowerShell scripting, and Group Policy management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage the Windows 10 OS feature and version upgrade cycle.
2. Implement and support Windows-as-a-Service (WaaS) across enterprise environments.
3. Develop and manage Windows 10 OS imaging solutions using MDT, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting.
4. Capture and maintain MDT images, ensuring proper driver and patch updates.
5. Manage Active Directory (AD) Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for Windows devices.
6. Package and deploy applications using SCCM.
7. Configure Auto-enrolment of Windows 10 devices and maintain compliance policies.
8. Provide 2nd/3rd line support, troubleshooting OS-related incidents.
9. Raise and manage Change Requests, attending CAB meetings as required.
10. Assist deployment teams with Windows 10 annual updates and lifecycle management.
11. Identify process improvements and new features to enhance system performance and security.
Key Skills & Experience Required
1. Must have active SC Clearance (mandatory).
2. Windows 10 Imaging & Deployment (MDT, SCCM, WaaS).
3. MDT Image Capture & Driver/Patch Updates.
4. SCCM Packaging & Deployment.
5. PowerShell Scripting (E3 Level).
6. Active Directory GPO Management.
7. Windows Compliance Policy Maintenance.
8. Enterprise Device Provisioning & Lifecycle Management.
9. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
