As Pharmacy Operations Development Process Change Analyst with a focus on Care Services and Speciality Items operations, you will provide insight and deliver projects which improve Pharmacy operational processes. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Pharmacy Operations Development within the Pharmacy Operations team and work collaboratively while engaging with the wider Field, Central Operations, Healthcare Business Unit and IT functions. Support the development of a continual improvement mindset, constantly and collaboratively seeking improvement opportunities in pharmacy operations Work closely with stores to ensure continual improvement is being considered, seeking to understand challenges and supporting them in addressing the challenges appropriately Support the delivery of pharmacy operational projects by using knowledge and experience of pharmacy operations such as care service, DDS or core item dispensaries Adopt project management principles when leading projects including business case set up and analysis of KPI deliverables Support the identification and tracking benefits of operational efficiency improvement(s) by creating and/or utilising multiple data sources using appropriate tools such as Excel, ensuring that changes to processes are mapped, maintained and reflected through accurate payroll allocation What you’ll need to have Recent experience of operational processes in Care Service, DDS and Core Item dispensaries Experience of influencing stakeholders in the context of operations or project delivery.
