Job Description In this pivotal leadership role, you will: Oversee the management of the revenue team, and the Reservations/Guest Services team for both hotels. Lead the forecasting process for both short-term and long-term, ensuring accurate projections whilst regularly evaluate market demand, booking patterns, and price sensitivity to refine revenue strategies. Evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly market share reports and provide actionable insights to the management team to identify trends, adjust strategies, and achieve targeted RevPAR for both hotels. Serve as the key point of contact with third-party distribution partners, including OTAs such as Booking.com and Expedia, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders Leverage market insights and global partnerships to maximize commercial opportunities. Represent the hotels at industry revenue conferences, collaborating with senior leadership and industry experts to stay ahead of market trends and revenue management innovations.
