Responsibilities
* Review daily orders, identifying unusual behaviors and sharing any context/insights with line manager.
* Facilitate consistent delivery of industry standard service across all customers by supporting the production of timely and accurate demand forecasts that will drive our supply planning process, in collaboration with the Commercial and Finance teams, ensuring the system forecast is correct.
* Lead the collaborative agenda with commercial/finance teams to include productivity, sustainability, and simplification changes E2E.
* Work with Supply Planning account teams and customers to manage forecast in correct horizon supporting production lead times.
* Ensure demand forecast is accurately inputted into planning IT System (Pro-link)/TPM and consistently meeting specific customer FA targets.
* Be the Supply Chain face of PEPUK and own service level, including FTA (Failed to arrive) trends and other operational service impacts.
* Drive productivity and cost savings initiatives within customer base.
* Demonstrate high personal integrity to develop/manage the customer relationship, so we are recognised by the customer as best in class supplier.
* Ensure the specific account is represented accordingly and take the lead role within the wider team by representing customer collaboration in DDS.
* Resolve any issues on supply chain performance from our factories to their shelves.

* Ability to demonstrate where your professional credibility has inspired trust with your contacts, driving successful action.
* Successful achievement results in a fast-moving pressurised environment, demonstrating a strong self-starting ability and persistent will-to-win, coupled with an understanding of the wider E2E Supply Chain.
* Experience of working cross-functionally at an operational level, with demonstrable evidence of influencing your peer group and above, and strong examples of relationship building and creation of collaborative, customer-focused plans.

o Must be able to make the right short-term decisions without sacrificing long-term context and results.
