About the Role
HRC Hospitality is seeking relief chefs to support their clients in various care settings. As a relief chef, you will work on a flexible schedule, with shifts offered weekly based on client needs and your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook meals for clients in care settings, such as care homes, sheltered units, homeless units, and children's homes.
* Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
* Accurately record and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
