We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Change Communications Manager to join a bank’s lending transformation project. This pivotal role is embedded within a multi-year, high-impact transformation, focused on enhancing the customer experience, digital maturity, and driving the convergence of multiple customer channels. This role is crucial to delivering effective communication across three key areas: program communications, strategic planning for whitelabel lenders, and internal messaging. As part of the lending technology transformation, you will be instrumental in driving messaging that aligns with the overall lending transformation journey, the consolidation of products, and the wider operational rollout across retail banking channels. You will work closely with senior change managers and business partners to execute communications and ensure alignment with project goals.
What You Will Do
* Manage and execute enterprise-wide communications, including newsletters and emails to key stakeholders, as well as support GM-level internal and external messaging.
* Take charge of the whitelabel communications strategy for multiple lenders, building the framework for successful execution for go-live.
* Collaborate closely with Senior Change Managers and internal partners to craft key messages for diverse audiences.
* Provide advisory support on internal communications while executing the final message rollout across various teams, including retail banking and partner relationship managers.
* Ensure seamless execution of communications within the framework of a complex, high-stakes transformation.
What You Will Have Done
* Proven experience delivering communications in a fast-paced, transformational environment, preferably with a background in project communications (3+ years).
* Strong execution skills, particularly in managing communications complexity and delivering clear, concise messaging to diverse stakeholders.
* A hands-on approach to communications, with a readiness to assist in writing and distributing messages while coordinating with senior change managers.
* Experience in a change environment within the financial services sector (lending experience is a plus), or familiarity with technology-driven transformations.
* A track record of building and executing strategic communications plans, with a focus on scalability and long-term transformation goals.
* We are looking for Communications Managers with change experience, but Change Managers who love the communications aspect of the role will also be considered.
