Our client is seekinga detailoriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our busyfinance team. The successful candidate will support the financefunction in managing the financial operations of the group ensuringaccuracy and compliance with accountingstandards.
KeyResponsibilities:
Assistin the preparation of management accounts andreports.
Processpurchase orders invoices payments andreceipts.
Reconcilebank statements and other key controlaccounts.
Assistwith monthend and yearend closingprocesses.
Supportthe preparation of budgets andforecasts.
Provideadministrative support to the finance department asneeded.
Qualifications:
Experienceof working in an accounts department preferably in a similarrole.
AATqualification or equivalent would be anadvantage.
Strongknowledge of accounting principles andpractices.
Proficiencyin accounting software preferablyXero.
GoodMS Excelskills.
Stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
Attentionto detail and high level ofaccuracy.
Goodcommunication and interpersonalskills.
Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
