Digital Media Manager
This is a Hybrid working role, with 2 days on site in our Belfast office and 3 days working from home.

Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge: Gather and hold up to date knowledge of the digital media landscape and be able to present key information to clients and agency.
2. Strategy: Develop and implement bespoke effective digital media strategies for our client brands in line with their marketing objectives and commercial objectives.
3. Analysis: Work with the wider digital team and creative teams within MXB to ensure content strategies are effective and that insights are being plugged.
4. Testing and live review: Ongoing review of live ad campaigns against key performance metrics, split test and apply learnings.
5. Insight: Understand and glean insight on how to approach digital briefs relating to Ecom, SEO, PPC, Social, CRM, Lead conversion.
6. Reporting: Produce reporting with strategic insight and recommendation and to oversee the implementation of any change in tactics with the wider digital team.
7. Budget Management: Deploy client budgets effectively and make budget recommendations to team and clients providing rationale.
8. Contribute to client Growth: Recommend ways for us to grow what we are doing on each client account by spotting opportunities and discussing with AD/ CSD.
9. Award-Worthy: Create award submissions with the support of the wider team for our digital and social media client campaigns.
10. Agency Digital Presence: Show leadership of the agency’s digital presence and ensure creative and content teams are onboard with the strategy and that implementation is timely and to budget and represent MXB at industry leading events and profile your role and the agency.
Minimum Requirements:
1. At least 4 years’ experience in a digital marketing environment, with 2 years’ agency experience.
2. Be able to evidence delivery of comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
3. Demonstrate previous experience in budget management across multiple clients.
4. Be able to evidence experience of delivering digital campaigns including planning, implementation, budgets, and reporting.
5. Demonstrate success in meeting client KPIs across various campaigns / metrics.
6. Be proficient in delivering insights, analysis, and reports in a client facing capacity.
7. Demonstrate your industry knowledge, ability to identify opportunity and innovative solutions for clients.
8. Experience in conducting research across industry sectors, key target audiences and digital tactics.
9. Demonstrate your ability to optimise results based on campaign performance.
10. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail with speed and accuracy inherent in everything you do.
11. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and manage task prioritisation independently.
12. Demonstrate the ability to implement digital and social campaigns effectively.
13. Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager and other digital marketing tools.
Desirable but not essential criteria:
1. Demonstrate implementation of previous award-winning digital marketing campaigns.
2. Experience devising innovative digital marketing proposals with a view to secure new business.
