SEN Teaching Assistant – EAL Support | Bispham | Full-Time | Start After Easter
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with English as an Additional Language (EAL) in a primary school in Bispham. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday) starting after Easter, providing a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners.
Role Overview:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with EAL and SEN needs
* Assist with classroom activities, helping students develop their English language skills
* Work one-to-one and in small groups to boost confidence and communication
* Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to adapt learning materials
* Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience supporting children with EAL and/or SEN needs
* A passion for education and helping children reach their potential
* Strong communication and adaptability skills
* A Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
* A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
