Job Title: Engineering Project Manager (Electronics)
Location: Rochester
Salary: Up to £85,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:

* Oversee and manage Engineering projects through the full lifecycle; define the execution strategy; ensuring compliant products and services delivered on time, and to budget
* Give technical direction. Making key technical decisions and balancing trade-offs between various factors
* Work closely with both our global customers and supply chain, operating as cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives, requirements and deliverables
* Drive continuous improvement by implementing innovative Engineering practices, solutions and technologies
* Serve as the primary Engineering point of contact for stakeholders in your project
* Guide and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
* Proven experience in leading Engineering projects for electronic real-time systems
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related field
* Effective leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
* A driven individual with a passion for Engineering and a desire to deliver outstanding results
Desirable
* Aerospace / Avionics / Maritime experience
* Chartered Engineer status (CEng)
