About the role
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our Global Digital Acceleration function at No7 Beauty Company. This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team as we evolve and embed digital marketing best practice across the business. The role will be responsible for driving our owned digital marketing channels.
What you’ll need to have
Reporting into the Global Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our website campaign activation for the No7beauty.co.uk e-commerce website, ensuring consistency across all digital channels. You will own the strategic development and delivery of our always-on email and content plans, as well as key campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments, to drive quality (converting) traffic to the website.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the planning and implementation of owned digital marketing strategies for our E-Commerce sites, focusing on content and email marketing.
2. Develop an owned digital marketing strategy alongside the Brand Manager and E-Commerce Manager that balances brand building and commercial objectives.
3. Act as the single point of contact for campaign planning and execution on our E-Commerce websites, developing key campaign ideas and messaging.
4. Ensure consistency and alignment of all digital materials for executional excellence across our website & owned channels.
5. Define & support the execution of email campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy.
6. Develop a robust content strategy that results in the production of diverse, compelling & informative content.
7. Monitor and report on channel and content performance to make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
8. Directly manage a team of 2 to deliver operational excellence across all digital owned channels.
About You
Proven experience in brand or digital marketing, preferably with deliverables in content creation and/or email marketing. You should have a track record in collaborative campaign planning, with exceptional communication, cross-functional working, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities are essential. A creative mindset, with a discerning eye for detail and aesthetics, along with problem-solving skills, is required. Understanding of content management systems and digital marketing tools is preferred.
